Using Only One Frame of a Sequence
Select the character in the animation set editor (on the left).
Enter the motion editor and position the marker on the timeline where he's got the right pose.
Right next to the animation set editor, click and drag the preset named 'Playhead' all the way to the right and then press enter.
He should now be in that pose without any movement.
