Shipping policy

Necrotales Games ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Specifically, our shipping zones and expected transit times are:

• 3-7 business days for the continental United States (the lower 48 states and APO/FPOs)
• 5-14 business days for the extended United States (Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories)
• 7-21 business days for Canada
• 7-21 business days for the United Kingdom

Please remember that holidays and world events can greatly delay transit times.

Rates are based on weight. Orders exceeding the maximum shipping weight cannot be processed automatically -- please use the Contact Page if this applies to you (you may see "no rate available" in the shopping cart).  This typically would only matter to unusually large orders so should not be a problem for the vast majority of customers!

Taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility for international orders.

Orders are packed and shipped twice a week, usually Mondays and Thursdays, during standard business hours, Eastern Time (ET).

Orders placed after the Thursday ship date will ship the following Monday, while orders placed after the Monday ship date will ship the following Thursday.
