This website is operated by Necrotales Games. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Necrotales Games. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

Section 2 – Products

Our products include physical miniatures, basing materials, terrain accessories, and related hobby goods. All items are handcrafted or manufactured to order in limited runs. Product images are representative; minor variations in resin casting, pigmentation, or finishing may occur and are not considered defects.

Opened and assembled miniatures are non-returnable. Please inspect all items upon receipt before assembly.

Section 3 – Pre-Orders and Backorders

We may offer pre-orders for upcoming product waves. Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. If a pre-order is delayed beyond 90 days from the original estimated ship date, you may request a full cancellation and refund. We will notify you of any significant delays by email.

Section 4 – Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are fulfilled. We accept payment methods as listed at checkout.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

For international orders, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by your country. Necrotales Games has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a package is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid duties, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Section 6 – Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at necrotalesgames.com/policies/refund-policy. Key points: we accept returns within 30 days of receipt for unopened, unassembled items in original packaging. Opened or assembled items cannot be returned.

Section 7 – Intellectual Property

All sculpts, artwork, product designs, branding, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Necrotales Games and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Section 8 – Limitation of Liability

Necrotales Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Section 9 – Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clarke County, Georgia.

Section 10 – Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
